It depends on scope, but most new homes run 6-12 months, remodels run 4–12 weeks, and garages and decks run 3–6 weeks. We'll give you a real schedule before you sign anything.

Yes — we handle all permits, inspections, and code paperwork as part of the job. You don't have to chase the township.

We don't lend directly, but we work with several local lenders and credit unions and can introduce you if you'd like.

Every project comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty in writing, plus manufacturer warranties on materials (often 25–50 years on roofing, decking, and siding).
