It depends on scope, but most new builds run 6-12 months, remodels run 4–12 weeks, and garages and decks run 3–6 weeks. We'll give you a real schedule before you sign anything.

We don't lend directly, but we work with several local lenders and credit unions and can introduce you if you'd like.

Every project comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty in writing, plus manufacturer warranties on materials (often 25–50 years on roofing, decking, and siding).
